1. General Provisions

The Seller conducts sales as a non-registered sole proprietorship (“non-registered economic activity”) in accordance with applicable Polish law. The Seller is not registered in CEIDG, does not have a company number (NIP for business) or REGON.

The store sells: printed posters, original artworks on paper, and paintings. These Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the store, placing orders, delivery, payment, complaints, and returns. Customers are required to read the Terms and Conditions before placing an order. Prices are shown in Polish Złoty (PLN) and include VAT.

2. Definitions

Customer – an individual or legal entity placing an order in the store. Consumer – a natural person entering into a transaction with a business that is not directly related to their business or professional activity. Product / Goods – items available in the store (posters, prints, paintings). Sales Agreement – an agreement between Michał Socha and the Customer concluded via the online store. Order – a statement of intent by the Customer to conclude a sales agreement.

3. Conclusion of the Agreement

The sales agreement is concluded when the store confirms acceptance of the order via email. The store reserves the right to refuse the order in case of stock unavailability, pricing errors, or incorrect Customer data. The Customer is obliged to provide accurate contact and delivery information.

4. Payment

Available payment method: TPAY (online payments). The Customer is obliged to pay within 3 business days from placing the order. Orders not paid within this time may be automatically cancelled.

5. Delivery

Domestic delivery (Poland): InPost parcel lockers – free of charge. Delivery to EU countries: Poczta Polska Global Express. Delivery to non-EU countries: Poczta Polska Global Express. Shipping costs for non-EU countries are calculated according to the current Poczta Polska price list. Estimated delivery times: Poland: 3–5 business days EU countries: up to 7-9 business days Non-EU countries: 8–21 business days (depending on destination)

6. Right of Withdrawal (14 days)

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the sales agreement within 14 days of receiving the goods. Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return. The withdrawal notice should be sent to: michalsocha.art@gmail.com or by mail to the store address. The returned goods must be in original condition, properly packaged, and complete. Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer unless the store agrees otherwise.The Seller refunds the payment within 14 days of receiving the return.

7. Complaints and Warranty

The Customer may submit complaints for: physical defects of the product non-compliance with the product description Complaints should be sent by email to michalsocha.art@gmail.com or by post to the store. The store will respond to the complaint within 14 calendar days. In case of damage during transport, the Customer must prepare a damage report in the presence of the courier. Consumers are entitled to warranty rights under the Polish Civil Code.

8. Personal Data (GDPR)

The data controller is Michał Socha. Personal data is processed for the purpose of fulfilling orders, contacting the Customer, and payment processing.

The Customer has the right to access, correct, or delete their data, and to lodge a complaint with the Polish Data Protection Authority (UODO). 9. Customer Account

Customers may create an account for easier order management. Creating an account is optional. Customers are responsible for the security of their password.

10. Final Provisions

The store reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions; changes do not apply to orders already placed. The Terms and Conditions are effective from the date of publication on the store’s website. Matters not regulated herein are governed by the Polish Civil Code, the Consumer Rights Act, and GDPR.
